Firstly, When I changed Real Estate agents to look after my rental property, I was lucky to have Natalie S to manage my property. The best property manager I have ever had. When it came to selling the property Mel was recommended to me. She worked closely with me to ascertain if my requirements and designed a program to sell the property.
