" Very Helpful & Trusting "
Sarah’s work is excellent, she was very on the ball, an open communicatior and we felt as we could trust her with the sale of our property.
" Trustworthy & helpful; we are happy we chose Sarah to sell our investment home. "
We chose Taylors Property Specialists a few years ago after we contacted four different Real Estate Agents in the area and decided they were the best option for us. From 2021 we have been really happy, with how Natalie and the team managed our tenanted property investment, which is a 10 hour drive from our home. We felt confident it was being looked after and we found the property management team professional and organized. When we decided to sell, we were introduced to Sarah Nutley by email & phone. Sarah was engaging & helpful and has great understanding of the sale process which we wern't familiar with. Most importantly, we needed to trust the person as we wernt going to meet her in person. Sarah guided us with good communication, and built up our trust, and when we had a few hick-ups, she was able to work through them with us. We are super pleased with our sale outcome in a short time. Sarah did a great job, I would recommend Sarah, particularly also for interstate or O/Seas buyers who feel dubious about who to choose to take care of their property needs.
" Professional Property Agent "
We were extremely impressed with the service and advice provided by Brad Sobott and his team. As an interstate vendor he was invaluable in providing us with information. We were kept informed at all stages of the transaction from listing the property, providing feedback from potential purchasers, and achieving a successful sale. Well done and a big thanks. We're very happy clients.
" Absolutely Fabulous "
Highly professional from the beginning of the process to the completion. Every step was clearly explained and I was kept up to date with every development. Both Alex and Rob were so wonderful to work with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting to sell property. A big thank you to you both.
