Having previously held senior leadership roles with the Whitsunday Regional Council, including heading planning and regional strategy, Neil has worked closely with developers, investors, business owners and government agencies to help shape the future of the Whitsundays region. 

Well known and highly respected throughout the local development industry, Neil has spent more than 10 years living and working in the Whitsundays, giving him an in-depth understanding of the region’s growth, opportunities and unique market conditions. His experience across both regional and metropolitan markets allows him to recognise the factors that make regional property investment and development distinctly different from major capital cities.

Now transitioning into commercial real estate sales, Neil combines strategic planning expertise with genuine local knowledge to provide clients with informed advice, practical solutions and a clear understanding of development potential and market trends.
